Trapped by Ruby Moone
Working at Dante's to pay off his gambling debts had seemed like a good idea at the time but Sam soon realised that not all of the men that paid for his services were honorable.
Spending most of his days bruised and abused, he devised a plan....
Befriend one of the nicer gentlemen that partook of his talents and get them to help him escape.
Tristan has always liked men. He had waited until his father, the Earl of Chiltern had died to act upon this.
Going to Dante's was supposed to be safe and discreet, never did he think that meeting Sam there would open his eyes to a seedier side of sex.
Sam decided the best way to get him to help would be if Tristan thought he loved him, after all there were some feelings there anyway so what would a little deception hurt if it got him his freedom.
The trouble was, Dante and his henchman took a particular liking to Sam and his many talents and weren't going to let him go easily and when the truth about Dante is revealed, things go badly wrong.
I loved the first book and this one gripped me from the very first page. I felt for Sam and his predicament and understood his need to lie but at the same time felt so sorry for Tristan...
All he wanted was for someone to love him, he just went about it the wrong way.
There were revelations, discoveries and some moments that made me angry. I do love a book that covers all the bases and this one was perfect.
5 out of 5 stars.
