Sight Unseen by Susan Mac Nicol
When childhood friends venture into a different side of a relationship, things don't always work out as they would like.
Nate and Cody have been friends forever....
When they were seventeen they explored their feelings about each other and after an amazing weekend, what should have been the start of something special suddenly wasn't!!!
Somehow they managed to stay best friends, keeping their feelings secret and trying to move on with other partners but when a tragedy strikes and Nate loses his sight, it's Cody that steps up when his partner decides he isn't enough anymore.
Through therapy, his work and with the help of Cody, Nate begins to get his life back again.
When the truth comes out about his reluctance to start a relationship when they were younger, the love they both felt starts to resurface, although in all honesty it had never really gone away.
This is an amazingly beautiful story that warms your heart.
Just because you can't see love doesn't mean you can't feel it....
5 out of 5 stars.
