Nate and the New Yorker by Kevin Klehr
While away with his friends Ben and Lucy, Nathan meets Cameron, a mysterious man from New York who instantly seems to want a relationship with him.
When their time is cut short Nathan doesn't know what to think as he boards his plane home to Australia.
When he gets an email from Cameron with tickets to fly to New York, he spends a whirlwind week trying to stop the man from spoiling him and treating him like a possesion rather than a potential boyfriend.
Confused and back in Australia he gets a visit from Elliot, an ex who can't work out why they can't still have a friends with benefits relationship even though they have been apart for a while.
This is a fast paced book, sometimes too fast for me.
It was a good story but i felt it could have been even better had it been filled out with a bit more detail, I wanted more and it just went to quickly from one place to another.
I really loved the Elliot storyline and felt it gave the book an added something extra that i wasn't expecting.
For a short read it was a good one.
3.5 out of 5 stars.
