Livingston (Trenton Security #1) by J.M. Dabney

I have read all the books that this author has written and loved every one. This was no exception....
The thing that really does it for me in any story is where there is a dramatic difference between the two main characters, be it age, looks or personality.
I just like the way the story plays out and that we can all find love where we would least expect it.
Livingston is not exactly a small man, in any way. He is tough, almost monstrous but very protective of those who need him.
Fielding is a beautiful man, admired from afar usually but now someone wants to get a bit closer to the young actor.
When Livingston is bought in to look after him, sparks start to fly and we get to see his softer side come out.
As we follow them both on a journey that at times, can be dangerous, we get to find out that sometimes you need to look beyond the surface to find out who you really are.
This is a very promising start to a new series and I can't wait to read the rest.
