Hug it Out by Davidson King
This is the second book in the Haven Hart series and I didn't think it could top the first, I was wrong.
For me, Snow Falling was one of the best books I have read this year and as I am topping around 150 already, that's saying something...
I went in to this knowing it was going to be good but I wasn't even close.
When an author decides to pair a professional hugger callled Teddy with a hired killer, you really aren't sure!!
Not only that but then Teddy befriends the rest of the gang for good measure. I honestly didn't know how it was going to play out but it was perfect.
Riordan had seen it all, done most of it and had no regrets, apart from the last job that went seriously wrong.
His sister, not knowing exactly what her brother did for a living, hired Teddy to hug the pain away.
At first the two men form an unlikely friendship but as Teddy digs himself deeper in to Riordan's life and under his skin, things start to go really well and then drastically wrong.
Thinking himself only capable of evil, how was he supposed to let someone so good in to his heart?
Not only that but letting him in was also putting him in the firing line...
A very thrilling ride with each page gripping you and taking you along on the ride with them. Not only that but we get to see the beautiful Snow and his husband Christopher again.
I honestly cannot wait to see what comes next.
5 out of 5 stars.
