Drawn in by Barbara Elsborg
When Kell went undercover it wasn't supposed to be for long.
2 years later, a boss who uses him for rough, abusive sex and no way of getting out till the job ends, he doesn't know where to turn.
Gethin is a private investigator.
He is also a waiter on his off days when his friend Angel is having a staff crisis.
When the two men meet, it's at a party set in Kell's real world, when they meet again on the dark side of his life, will Gethin be able to keep his secret?
Getting involved in the seedy world that Kell is stuck in isn't what either men want but developing a relationship in that world is almost impossible.
The operation that Kell is investigating is more involved than he first imagined and now that Gethin is there to find a runaway, things turn nasty.
Will they both escape with their lives or will love be their undoing?
This book had me hooked from the first page to the last word.
There were a few heart stopping moments and a lots of ooohs, aaahs and gasps along the way.
A brilliant piece of fiction yet again from this author.
5 out of 5 stars.
